Yess Product Designer

Yess is the AI business copilot for service businesses. Yess offers the business infrastructure or back office to automate and streamline the end-to-end workflow. It's like Shopify for service entrepreneurs, not e-commerce entrepreneurs.

To achieve our ambitious product vision, it is most important to control the complexity and make the flow works frictionlessly and seamlessly.

In short, design is the key to our success, and we are looking for ambitious designers who believe so.

What we will achieve together:

Our current goal is to find the product-market fit by growing the customer base and generating revenue while building the leading AI-first SaaS product.

There are three main objectives:

Reducing the time-to-value

To define key activities and design solutions to make new users take those actions asap

Reducing the conversion cost

To define barriers for new users to adopt Yess as the operating system of businesses and design solutions to make them try Yess without pressure

Enhancing the stickiness

To define who is sticky to Yess and design solutions to make our ICPs addicted to the product

What you’ll do at Yess:

Yess product designers will handle the general product design and development process to lead product-led growth with the extreme user experience.

  1. Contribute to the overall strategy and decision-making about product direction
  2. Deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities
  3. Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, business, and marketing
  4. Create, collaborate, and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
  5. Design and ship high-quality product improvements

Some projects you could work on:

  1. Designing AI features that work and are worth using repeatedly
  2. Developing various design templates for client-facing features
  3. Improving Yess’ suite of all phases of the end-to-end workflow
  4. Enhancing new user onboarding and education
  5. Developing extended use cases by integrating with other tools
  6. Building new business models within the value chain

How you’ll make decisions for design:

We deep dive into our customers’ real workflows, lives, and success. At Yess, we use a two-dimension framework to design the user experience:

  1. Plus Plus (+ +)
    1. Goal: Differentiation with maximizing satisfaction
    2. Questions
      1. Which critical problems are worth solving?
      2. How have these problems been solved so far? Satisfied?
      3. Which solution would create a differentiated value?
  2. Minus Minus (- -)
    1. Goal: Basic usability with removing the disqualification
    2. Questions
      1. Which requirements should be necessarily met?
      2. What makes users not use or adopt Yess?
      3. When do users churn out?

We prioritize the decisions by aligning them with our goals based on team communication.

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  1. Keywords: Growth, AI, B2B, SaaS, PLG, Future of Work
  2. Believe in your potential and try your best to make it happen
  3. Have an extremely high standard for user experience and work ethic
  4. Have experience as a professional designer of B2B SaaS products
  5. Can work independently to explore concepts from beginning to end, yet also crave healthy feedback loops with your ideas
  6. Love tackling ambiguous problems logically and shaping them into clear goals
  7. Enjoy meeting with users directly and listening to their stories
  8. Value high-quality, well-crafted visual and interaction design and care about the details
  9. Consider the integrated user experience with brand strategy
